Founded in 2019, Duke Ventures is a socially responsible real estate investment company.
We currently have three hotels in our portfolio-- a Quality Inn (TN), Home2 Suites (OK), and Hampton Inn (GA).
Our goal is to expand our portfolio of limited service hotels in the Southern and Midwest regions of the United States.
Our strategy is smart investments that withstand external pressures and contribute to generational wealth building for ourselves and our investment partners.
We want to make a positive impact in the communities where we purchase hotels. Our guiding principles are respect for community and collective progress.
